Can you deliver orders when they are complete?

All completed and fully paid for orders can be sent via courier, this will be confirmed with the customer as part of the service.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, a full invoice is given on completion of all orders.

How long will order take?

This depends on a number of factors, i.e. the size of your order, the amount of embroidery and the number of garments. We will always supply you with a guide when ordering.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After placing your order a member of the design team will contact you to begin the design process which will include details of size fonts etc. The following formats: Corel Draw (CDR), psd/pdf and Adobe Illustrator (AL) are preferred however other methods are available.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept a number of payment methods, BACS back transfer is preffered.
